Warm Kale Salad with Creamy Basil Dressing
Instructions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute mushrooms in vegetable broth for 2-3 minutes allowing them to soften.
- Add kale and wilt until desired tenderness is reached adding more vegetable broth if needed to keep the vegetables from sticking.
- When kale is wilted add the chick peas to heat through.
- Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Add creamy basil dressing to taste according to how much sauce you desire. Serve warm.
