Warm Kale Salad with Creamy Basil Dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.  Saute mushrooms in vegetable broth for 2-3 minutes allowing them to soften.
  2. Add kale and wilt until desired tenderness is reached adding more vegetable broth if needed to keep the vegetables from sticking.  
  3. When kale is wilted add the chick peas to heat through.
  4. Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
  5. Add creamy basil dressing to taste according to how much sauce you desire.  Serve warm.
