Tabata Bootcamp

Tabata Bootcamp is a completely different and turn-key approach to tabata training that "ups the ante" for every facility's HIIT programming.  It is an easy-to-implement and exciting to teach workout with various HIIT timing patterning principles. Tabata Bootcamp is the perfect combo of movement, motivation, and maximum engagement among participants - It is MORE THAN just a Group X class!

Barre Above

Barre Above® blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Burke method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout.  This program is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.

Balletone

A fusion style conditioning program for the non-dancer that blends non-stop cardio and strength with techniques drawn from dance, pilates, and fitness.  Balletone develops muscular endurance, core strength, and agility... all without equipment or props!

Extreme HIIT Chaos

The Extreme Chaos workout design is grounded in the current science of HIIT and the best practices of the industry. With various ratios of high-intensity work followed by periods of rest, Extreme Chaos allows you, the instructor, to introduce progressive levels of muscle challenging chaos for your students to then self select what is just right for them. This program teaches how to track improvements in heart rate recovery using heart rate recovery assessments emphasizing the importance of recovery in all stages of rest including short and long term recovery and its benefits.

Fluid Strength

Fluid Strength introduces you to miraculous movements with integrated and challenging patterns of flowing perfection. Each sequenced pattern offers progressions and regressions for every fitness level while the combinations grow from a solid foundation to endless possibilities. One Day to Wellness

Music is a powerful tool that can set the tone for your class, increase students’ energy, and make a lasting impact on individuals. In this workshop, you will learn three ways to choreograph barre workouts to music in a one song per segment format. Additionally, you will master cueing strategies to help you smoothly and efficiently move your students through the workout in a way that creates flow and leaves every student feeling successful.

Core Crushing Essentials ( 3 or .3 CECs)

The benefits of a strong core include spinal support, good posture & agile, and fluid movement.  Experience & explore in this workshop, the essentials necessary to enhance core activation with progressions that preserve spinal integrity while gaining maximum control.  Experience variations with the Bender Ball that lay the foundation to counterbalance faulty modern movement patterns, progressively build intensity while releasing pressure & strain to the hip flexors, neck & back.  The result:  Optimum core crushing strength, and the much-needed functional support necessary for one’s physical structure.

Elite HIIT Techniques (2 or .2 CECs)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) continues to dominate the fitness market place by focusing on fast and furious workouts where participants experience results-based training. But navigating HIIT protocols requires a working knowledge of kinesiology as well as an understanding of sustainable and scalable movement selection for a global population. This workshop will guide the fitness professional in the exploration of safe and effective time-based, HIIT protocols with expert coaching cues that are inclusive for all fitness levels.

Gliding Meets Barre ( 2 or .2 CECs)

Barre is one of the hottest fitness trends to hit the fitness industry in the past few years. Although Barre is not new its popularity is immense. Muscular Endurance: Myths, Realities and Applications

Muscular Endurance is a hot topic with Barre classes and Body Pump packing group fitness rooms across the country. Come learn what muscular endurance IS and what it is NOT as well as understand the benefits of resistance training. Walk away understanding the role of the different muscle fiber types and the adaptations that occur during this type of training. Finally, take safety tips and tricks for better teaching this type of exercise training.
