Pigs in a Blanket Vegan Style
- Pick out the baby carrots that are skinny or weirdly shaped.
- Boil the baby carrots until just barely tender. Usually this takes about 10-14 minutes.
- Drain the carrots and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Add the remaining ingredients to the bag and give it a good shake to coat the carrots.
- Marinate the carrots in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours but 18 plus is preferred giving them a shake every few hours when you think about it.
- Drain and rinse the carrots once marination is complete.
- Cut the crescent rolls into halves then roll the carrots into the dough and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 11-14 mintes or until golden brown.
Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce
- Mix together all ingredients. Thin with water to desired consistency.
