High Protein Brownies
This brownie recipe will leave you will all of the joy and none of the guilt.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Add soaked dates and water to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Blend again until creamy.
- Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and optional protein powder.
- If batter feels very thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake:
- 20–22 minutes for fudgier brownies
- 24–27 minutes for fluffier/cakier brownies
- Cool completely before slicing.
