Diet or Exercise: What is the right formula for success?

I often have people ask me why they can't seem to lose weight despite the killer exercise classes they are taking.  My response is that exercise is only 20% of the equation. The other 80% is diet. The next thing they say or grunt is "awwwww, really?  For some reason that is a harder pill to swallow.  Changing your diet can be hard.  We are often addicted to caffeine, sugar and processed food.  The process can be overwhelming.  Recently I was introduced to Arbonne's 30 day detox program.  While I am not always a fan of these things, Arbonne's program seems nutritionally sound and relatively easy to follow.  Before I can suggest a program to one of my students I always like to have first hand knowledge so I will be starting the detox on May 16th.  I'll be periodically updating you on my experience.  If you are interested in learning more or want to try with me click on the link below.  Wish me luck!
