Gluten Free Pull Apart Rolls
Instructions
- Prepare 9-inch round baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray.
- Heat the water and milk in the microwave for one minute then mix with yeast and sugar. Allow to stand for 5 minutes allowing the yeast to get foamy.
- While the yeast is activating, sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Once the five minutes are up add the flax meal to the liquid mixture then add to flour mixture.
- Mix on low speed until combined then mix on mediu, speed for 3 minutes.
- Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup or large ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into the pan. You will get about 8 rolls.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
These rolls are great the day after but must be reheated in the microwave or oven to soften them.
