  1. Prepare 9-inch round baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray.
  2. Heat the water and milk in the microwave for one minute then mix with yeast and sugar. Allow to stand for 5 minutes allowing the yeast to get foamy.
  3. While the yeast is activating, sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Once the five minutes are up add the flax meal to the liquid mixture then add to flour mixture.
  5. Mix on low speed until combined then mix on mediu, speed for 3 minutes.
  6. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup or large ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into the pan. You will get about 8 rolls.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

These rolls are great the day after but must be reheated in the microwave or oven to soften them.
