Bruce's Killer Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon white wine
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminoa, low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup or date syrup
• Oil free hummus (optional to add creaminess)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients excpet hummus in a bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Add hummus to create creaminess as desired.

Notes:

All ingredients can be stored on your countertop with the exception of the hummus so make up the dressing leaving out the hummus. When ready to use on a salad add the hummus just before use to maintain maximum freshness.

This dressing is also delicious on sauteed greens.
