You can do tabata at any age!

I'm 68 and have been participating in the 8 week "Spring in to Shape" Tabata Bootcamp led by Riley Shaia. I expected an exercise reboot but the experience has been so much more!

Riley gives regular nutritional tips, actively monitors our daily food logs, and readily provides options to the exercises we are doing if a participate has joint or flexibility issues.

The group is small which allows encouragement and participant camaraderie to build.

I love the program and plan to continue when offered again. I've been a regular exerciser but just haven't been able to budge the needle on the scale until now! I'm down 6 lbs in the first 6 weeks!!!
