30 Days to Healthy Living

I recently posted about trying the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living. Well, Monday was the first day of the 30 day plan. I will admit the first 2 days were not easy only because of caffeine withdrawal (it could also of been my crazy busy weekend that wore me out). I was so tired! The fizz sticks included in the plan definitely helped because they provide a more natural energy burst without the acidity provided by coffee. I did, however, long for my morning and afternoon coffee. While I have written about the benefits of coffee, I came to need it to function and that was a little scary to me. By day 3 though I was feeling good and didn't need the caffeine that my body had so badly craved at first. I am eating a ton more vegetables and feel pretty good. Hopefully the upward trend will continue! I'll let you know how it goes again next week.
