30 Days to Healthy Living: Part 3

I had a breakthrough this week. I woke up on Saturday and got too busy to have my tea or a fizz stick to give me some energy. I went through my morning and suddenly realized that I felt great! It is possible to get through a day without craving caffeine! This week we started a cleanse and while the taste isn't terrible I would definitely suggest lots of water after you finish drinking the cleanse to prevent cramping.  I can't believe I only have one more week left.  For me the best part of this has been staying away from sugar which is my biggest weakness.  I'm definitely going to try and stick with this after the 4 weeks are up with a little cheating here and there!  After all, we all deserve a glass of wine or dessert here and there!
